01. PAYMENT ABOVE MARKET FOR YOUR WORK ON PROJECTS
Unified grading system with specific experience requirements and standardized compensation. Payment for extra hours. Employees working with us for more than a year receive special conditions and are invited to join the staff.
02. TRANSPARENT AND CLEAR SALARY
Timely payment of hours worked (*hours are coordinated by the client once a week). Payment is made once a month. Payment is proceed by an official agreement with our legal entity.
